- December 11th: Last day to perform and submit a new floor plan for processing.
- December 18th: Last day to request fixes on existing floor plans.
- December 31st: Pending requests will no longer be processed or updated.
- January 30th: The final day to download and save floor plans.
- January 31st: The app will be closed, no further access.

What will happen to my floor plans when the app is no longer available?
You can download your floor plans to keep any time prior to January 31st, 2025. Your floor plans will no longer be available beginning on this date.
What will happen to the floor plans I have linked to listings?
The floor plans that you have linked to your listings from the FloPlan System on January 30th will be migrated automatically to the new Flexmls floor plan section and will remain linked. After your floor plans are moved to Flexmls, you will be able to set them as private, public, or delete them, just like with photos.
Note: You will not be able to download your floor plans from the new Flexmls section. Please remember to download them via FloPlan before January 31st.
Can I still use my floor plans after FlōPlan has been shut off?
You use your downloaded floor plans however you would like. They are yours to keep! However, once access is shut down, you will no longer have access to download your floor plans. So, be sure to download all of your existing plans!
Do you have any suggestions on alternative floor plan generating apps?
While there will not be a direct replacement for FloPlan, Flexmls can utilize floor plans from anywhere! Some great examples would be iGuide*, Matterport*, CubiCasa, MagicPlan, Floorplanner
*Indicates already integrated with Flexmls.
What happens to my existing FlōPlan credits?
Credits will expire and will no longer be available after December 11th, 2024. Please be sure to use up your existing credits before this date. Some users scan their own home or a friend’s home for future renovation needs or as a gift. Or, you could gift a buyer a floor plan for their new home for future projects!
What happens to my payment information?
The FlōPlan system itself does not store your credit card information. We use a common secure online payment processor called Stripe that functions a lot like paypal in how they process payments. When the FlōPlan system is turned off, your payment information will be severed from connection with your FlōPlan account.
