Can’t Find Your Device?
The FlōPlan App requires ARcore technology to run on your mobile device. Most of the time, if it has ARcore support, it will scan! If your device was not listed above, you can verify by seeing Google’s full list of ARcore supported devices.
Mobile Data
Mobile data (i.e. a 4G/LTE or cellular-enabled iPad) is not required to send scans. You can use WiFi from your home or office to send to the cloud for processing. The app requires internet access during initial startup but you can scan while offline.
Sending scans can use a lot of bandwidth. If you decide to use mobile data to send for processing, keep in mind that your mobile data charges can be large and may take longer.
Battery Consumption
Scanning uses a lot of processing power, however, you should not need more than 5% battery life to complete a scan, even a large one. We recommend, however, that you have at least 50% battery life.
